About The Position

RWC is looking for a skilled and motivated HVACR Technician to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial rooftop heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as commercial refrigeration systems. You will ensure our customers' comfort and safety by accurately diagnosing issues and providing efficient solutions. Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment. Our offering of comprehensive mechanical services includes hot side cooking equipment, stand-alone refrigeration, specialty coffee and beverage, complex rack refrigeration and HVAC. Requirements

• Must have an EPA certification.
• Capable of lifting to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or on high rooftops.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVACR installation, service, or repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVACR systems.
• Preventive Care: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by explaining repair needs and recommending energy-efficient solutions to customers.
• Documentation: Accurately document service calls, parts usage, and system data using field service software (e.g., BuildOps).
