About The Position

Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician wanted for multiple locations across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position for experienced technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience. K&D Factory Service, established in 1945, specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment for various clients including restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Technicians will service the Pennsylvania area from 7 branches: Camp Hill, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton.

Requirements

2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
EPA Level 2 minimum
Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
Driving record must align with our safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Must be 18 years of age
Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!

Responsibilities

Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
