Requirements

5+ years of hands‑on residential HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic expertise
Deep knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and control systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, non‑routine technical issues
Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
EPA certification required
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to elite workmanship
Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and calm
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

NATE certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems
Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance, safety, and quality
Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective solutions
Serve as a technical resource and mentor to field technicians
Verify system performance, airflow, refrigerant charge, and control operation
Ensure all work meets Oceanside Services’ quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices
Document findings clearly, accurately, and professionally
Represent Oceanside Services with a customer‑first, solutions‑focused approach
