About The Position
McCorvey Sheet Metal is seeking a Project Manager, Operations position in Orlando, Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing all-day operations for assigned construction projects. The Project Manager will assist in developing schedules, timelines, and cost plans aligned with business objectives, and will establish budgets, resources, and project deliverables. This position supports the day-to-day execution of the project delivery process and involves communication with on-site installation professionals. The role also includes preparing accurate progress reports and submitting time charge records and expense reports promptly.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager Operations in Sheet Metal
- Must have a construction background
- Must be familiar with construction Specifications and Submittals
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Oversee all-day operations for construction projects assigned.
- Assist in the development of schedules/timelines/cost plans that support the business objectives.
- Establish budgets, resources, and project deliverables for each project.
- Support day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process.
- Communicate with installation professionals on site at the respective projects.
- Prepares accurate and timely reports related to the project’s progress.
- Prepare and submit time charge records and expense reports promptly by company procedures.
