About The Position
McCorvey Sheet Metal is seeking a Project Manager, Operations to oversee all-day operations for construction projects assigned. This role involves assisting in the development of schedules, timelines, and cost plans that support business objectives, and establishing budgets, resources, and project deliverables for each project. The Project Manager will support the day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process, communicate with installation professionals on site, and prepare accurate and timely progress reports. The role also requires prompt submission of time charge records and expense reports according to company procedures.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager Operations in Sheet Metal
- Must have a construction background
- Must be familiar with construction Specifications and Submittals
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Oversee all-day operations for construction projects assigned.
- Assist in the development of schedules/timelines/cost plans that support the business objectives.
- Establish budgets, resources, and project deliverables for each project.
- Support day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process.
- Communicate with installation professionals on site at the respective projects.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports related to the project’s progress.
- Prepare and submit time charge records and expense reports promptly by company procedures.
