About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for guiding products throughout the life cycle, from conception, to launch, until it is eventually replaced. The Product Manager must balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while leading cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, in-office position at United Refrigeration Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire life cycle of the product, including market research, product and marketing strategy.
  • Conducts market research to understand customer needs and competitor products.
  • Understands and communicates market changes that affect brand acceptance and pricing.
  • Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (purchasing, sales, marketing, and inventory control).
  • Monitors inventory levels at Distribution Centers & branches.
  • Assesses performance, gathers feedback, and initiates changes to improve sales & profitability.
  • Manages timelines and resources to achieve goals.
  • Drives the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzes customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Assesses current competitor offerings and seeks opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyzes product requirements and develops appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraises new product ideas and strategizes appropriate go-to-market plans.
