About The Position

W.B Guimarin, a large, family-owned mechanical contractor with over 100 years of service, is seeking a motivated, energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative for the Charleston, SC area. This role will lead sales efforts for HVAC preventive maintenance contracts in commercial and industrial markets.

Requirements

Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Programs a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Ability to climb ladders and have some physical agility.
Sales experience required.

HVAC sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales efforts for HVAC preventive maintenance contracts in the Charleston, SC area, in commercial and industrial markets.
Prospect to locate service and maintenance opportunities and convert them into service plans.
Develop business with new customers to find profitable opportunities.
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers.
Perform site evaluation surveys.
Establish new work by identifying potential customers and planning sales efforts.
Prepare cost estimates by studying plans, consulting with engineers and professionals.
Prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Foster excellent communication among team members.
Maintain good working relationships with the service sales team, service coordinators, and technician personnel.
Ensure the scope of work is delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Actively promote a safe work environment and adhere to all OSHA standards.
Work well as part of a team.
