Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Must be 22 or older
  • Must pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
  • Work in and maintain a safe working environment.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC technical training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical components.
  • Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues.
  • Document maintenance activities and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct with clients.
