About The Position

Filter Services, Inc./Mission Filtration is hiring a Seasonal Coil Cleaning Technician for the months of March-October, with the option to move to full-time employment. As a Seasonal Coil Cleaning Technician, you will travel to commercial and industrial facilities around the Chicagoland area in a company vehicle. In which you will perform air filter change-outs and or use company provided equipment to clean heating and air conditioning units (condenser/evaporator coils), commonly located on the roof of the building. We generally work weekdays, with overtime and weekends available. We’re looking for someone who can come in with experience in coil cleaning, cottonwood screen installation and lead and train a team. Must have experience leading a team and with HVAC experience. We offer Competitive Pay & Pay Increases for high performers. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Hold a valid State Driver's License with no major driving violations
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
Clean criminal background
Willing to work Weekends and Overtime as needed
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a daily basis
Comfortable climbing ladders and working heights
Comfortable and willing to work in all types of weather conditions (hot days, rain, wind etc.)
Experience leading a team
HVAC experience

Experience working with Pressure Washing Equipment
Experience hauling 10' x 15' Utility Trailers
Experience driving a 16ft-20ft box truck
Experience in coil cleaning
Experience in cottonwood screen installation
Military experienced candidates
Previously in construction or roofing, carpentry, cable TV/ alarm installers or similar
Mechanically inclined
Safety-oriented, organized, efficient
Excellent customer service skills
Someone looking to get experience in the Trades
