We are seeking a few talented HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician's to join our team. This full-time position involves maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
  • EPA 608 certification (required).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Nice To Haves

  • NATE certification
  • RMGA certification
  • Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
  • Clean coils, replace belts and filters, check refrigerant levels, lubricate motors, replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, etc.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to note issues before they become major.
  • Report findings to service teams or the customer.
