About The Position

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. Candidates must have new construction experience; all phases are welcome to apply. Installers work in active construction environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoors. Materials are delivered to the job site, and compensation is paid by the piece.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass drug and background screenings.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, outdoor conditions, and active construction environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes.
• Follow blueprints and job specifications.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
