About The Position
This full-time, entry-level role supports the warehouse, field technicians, and operations team at a growing HVAC company. It provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, training, and an opportunity to advance into other departments, including Service and Install.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds and perform physical work involving heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload equipment and materials safely.
- Assist with proper disposal of materials and job-site cleanup.
- Support technicians, installers, and supervisors with daily operational needs.
