Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of Mechanical experience
• Experience in Commercial HVAC, minimum of 5 years preferred
• Excellent customer service skills for effective interaction with employees
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment or individually
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Master Mechanical certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pneumatic systems.
• Maintain, repair and replace heat pumps and steam boilers when necessary with or without assistance.
• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
• Remove and install new HVAC systems when applicable.
• Provide support and expertise in all areas of Facility Operations and Engineering.
