About The Position
This position requires a high level of expertise in the commercial HVAC and mechanical trades field. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report may be ordered on final candidates.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of Mechanical experience
- Excellent customer service skills for effective interaction with employees
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment or individually
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Master Mechanical certification preferred
- Experience in Commercial HVAC, minimum of 5 years preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pneumatic systems.
- Maintain, repair and replace heat pumps and steam boilers when necessary with or without assistance.
- Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
- Remove and install new HVAC systems when applicable.
- Provide support and expertise in all areas of Facility Operations and Engineering.
