HVAC Mechanical Service Technician

Requirements
- General maintenance and HVAC experience
- Experience in HVAC commercial
- Experience in general maintenance
- Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals.
- Must be able to work various shifts and holidays as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check.
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as HVAC and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation.
- Requisitions of new supplies and equipment.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Perform other duties as required.
