About The Position

The Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman with a minimum of ten (10) years of practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry, with at least five (5) of those years specifically related to chillers. This role requires a self-starter capable of leading a team of approximately 10-15 field technicians. Key responsibilities include interacting with internal and external customers, demonstrating attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety, and maintaining constant communication. The position requires computer literacy for developing, closing, and managing quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

Requirements

• Mechanical Journeyman License
• 12+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience
• 10+ years of experience, with 5 years specifically in chiller experience
• Valid driver's license
• Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants
• Boiler and steam operational & service knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
