Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend tailored HVAC solutions
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals aligned with scope and profitability goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex mechanical opportunities
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting
  • Partner with estimating, service, and construction teams for seamless execution
  • Attend industry events and build brand presence in the local market
