Earn $28–$32 per hour with overtime and enjoy a straightforward environment that respects your time. Shifts vary within business hours. Overtime available. Peak season: roughly 50 hours (expect occasional Saturdays). Slow season: optional farm projects available to pick up hours; without them, some weeks won't reach 40. Paid drive time included; take-home van provided. When you join our heating and cooling company as an HVAC Mechanic, you start your day by jumping in your take-home van, reviewing your calls, and heading to a residential furnace that's been acting up; you diagnose cleanly, make the repair with quality parts from a well-stocked truck, and move to a light commercial call where the right solution is a replacement-you explain options and provide a clear estimate; between calls, you keep notes tight, inventory accurate, and communication simple; by day's end, you've left systems running right and customers relieved-without a single pressure pitch.
