Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years experience in ... Experience with Mechanicals
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to problem solve
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience with HVAC system design and installation
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems
• Good understanding of servicing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and assignments
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
