About The Position
Manage HVAC sales & system design for residential and light commercial work. Assist with the installation of residential & light commercial AC/heating systems. Provide management & technical oversight to technicians. Price out & install ductwork, build plenums, install grills and registers. This role requires the ability to work independently and as a team, with time split between field and office.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HVAC Sales and Install experience
- Must be knowledgeable with estimate generation for HVAC jobs
- Experience with residential condensers, air handlers, furnaces and mini splits
- Familiarity with electrical systems associated with system installation
- Great customer service skills a must
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hydronic and/or steam boilers a plus
- Plumbing experience a plus but not necessary
