About The Position

As the HVAC Manager, you will work directly with field technicians to manage day-to-day operations. The Greenville location is new and growing, requiring someone to lead the HVAC department to ensure organization, efficiency, and that technicians have the resources they need. You will collaborate with Dispatch to oversee the schedule board and capacity, managing HVAC technicians and installers to meet demand and support customers. You will also prepare and run weekly meetings for HVAC Service Technicians and Installers, including technical training, and conduct one-on-one meetings with technicians while sending out daily game plans to ensure clear communication. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by coaching technicians to develop their talents and grow from good to great.

Requirements

Licensed HVAC in SC
At least 1 year of HVAC management experience
At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose
Basic computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Acceptable criminal background record
Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
Reliable and punctual attendance

Nice To Haves

Licensed HVAC in NC
Additional years of management experience in the HVAC or similar trade
Prior management experience successfully leading and overseeing a team of 10+ direct/indirect reports
