HVAC Maintenance Technicians are paid hourly plus commission. Requirements

3 Years HVAC service/maintenance experience preferred
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Ability to handle heavy equipment
Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
HVAC Service or Maintenance : 1 year (required)

Nice To Haves

EPA Type II (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC maintenance jobs daily
Perform basic repairs
Add refrigerant to HVAC systems as needed
Maintain strong customer service, strong positive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.
Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment and preventative maintenance measures
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design & diagnosis.
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
