•$65,000 - $250,000•Onsite

About The Position

Collins Comfort Masters is seeking a dependable, customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled residential maintenance appointments. The technician is responsible for each visit from inspection through any repairs the customer approves. When an inspection reveals a problem, the technician evaluates it, explains the findings, presents appropriate options, and completes approved repairs. The role focuses on scheduled maintenance appointments rather than dedicated diagnostic or repair service calls. Technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule shared by all technicians. The company emphasizes balancing customer needs with technicians’ time away from work and offers ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities to develop technical skills. The position is full commission, with stated annual earning potential of $65,000–$250,000 based on skill, work ethic, and results. Compensation includes pay for completed maintenance and additional commission opportunities for approved repairs and other eligible recommendations; the current plan is reviewed during hiring.
