HVAC Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team. Experienced HVAC professionals can earn up to $25 per hour based on qualifications and demonstrated experience. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance, facilities, apartment, commercial, healthcare, or HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
- Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification
- Experience with package units, split systems, mini-splits, and PTACs
- Experience in senior living, apartment maintenance, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Trade school training or industry certifications
Responsibilities
- HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation
- Preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment
- Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Resident service requests
- Apartment turns and renovations
- General building and grounds maintenance
- Inspections of mechanical equipment and systems
- Emergency maintenance response as needed
