Requirements

• Some HVAC experience required.
• Completion of a technical training program or HVAC coursework is a plus.
• EPA Certified (or ready to get it within 3 months).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to handle bending, crawling, and climbing in varied weather.
• Commitment to passing drug and background screens.
• Hunger for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes at scheduled appointments.
• Educate homeowners on findings during visits and inform them about maintenance agreements and products that extend system life.
• Build foundational skills in electrical and refrigeration principles, basic wiring, and system components.
• Complete maintenance checklists thoroughly and communicate clearly with dispatch to maintain schedule.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and use tools/ladders with a focus on 'Zero Accidents' standards.
