Requirements
- Some HVAC experience required
- Completion of a technical training program or HVAC coursework is a plus
- EPA Certified (or ready to get it within 3 months)
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle the physical demands of bending, crawling, and climbing in varied weather.
- Commitment to passing drug and background screens
- A hunger for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities
- Arrive at scheduled appointments to perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes.
- Walk homeowners through what you found during the visit and inform them about maintenance agreements and products that keep their system running longer.
- Build your foundation in electrical and refrigeration principles, basic wiring, and system components — the groundwork for advancing into full service work.
- Complete every maintenance checklist thoroughly and communicate clearly with dispatch to keep the day on schedule.
- Operate your company vehicle safely and use tools/ladders with a focus on "Zero Accidents" standards.
