About The Position
Under the direction of the HVAC Manager, the incumbent adjusts, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Requirements
- High School diploma or technical certificate required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience with commercial industrial equipment
- CT D-2 HVAC license
- Excellent eye/hand coordination
- Close vision
- Ability to maintain current CT state D2 HVAC license
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, understand and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams and drawings
- Ability to work in high/precarious places
- Ability to work near fiberglass insulation and electrical current
- Valid driver's license
