About The Position

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a variety of light commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation projects. We are looking for a HVAC Light Service Technician / Installer to join our team who knows their way around HVAC equipment, can troubleshoot a problem and takes pride in leaving a job better than they found it.

Requirements

• HVAC service and/or installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification preferred
• Commercial HVAC experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform light commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Install, replace, and service HVAC equipment and components
• Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment change-outs
• Read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify the root cause of problems
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and other trades
• Complete service paperwork and accurately document work performed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
