About The Position

Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a skilled HVAC Licensed Technician to join our maintenance team. This full-time position will support multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal climate control systems operation and occupant comfort.

Requirements

Valid HVAC license or certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Valid HVAC license or certification.
At least 5 years experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues efficiently.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Flexible availability including weekends and on-call work.
Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units across various properties.
Must have knowledge to installed R32 and new HVAC
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades minimizing downtime.
Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
