About The Position

Florida Home HVAC, part of the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking an HVAC Lead Service Tech. The company has over 7,000 team members and more than 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round position with multiple day/shift options and a commission opportunity. A sign-on bonus of up to $5000 is available based on experience and interview.

Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
