This is a full-time, year-round Residential HVAC Service Technician position with Andy's Statewide, part of ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The role offers an earning potential of $130,000+ per year based on performance. Requirements

• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
