About The Position

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 team members and 45 years of experience, is seeking an HVAC Service Tech. The company is expanding and opening a new branch in Louisville, KY, offering an incredible opportunity to join their growing team. Earning potential is over $100K/year based on performance, and service techs are guaranteed 32 hours of full-time, year-round work through August. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.00 is available depending on experience and interview.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Must hold a KY HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
