About The Position

Haller is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our Residential Install division. This role is crucial for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high-quality work standards. The position is Safety Sensitive, reflecting our commitment to employee and customer well-being. As a Lead Installer, you will install residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, working with various equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, and Geo-Thermal Units. You will work under minimal supervision but also as part of a collaborative team, sharing your knowledge with HVAC helpers. Attention to detail in completing jobs and paperwork is essential.

Requirements

8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal.
Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email.

Nice To Haves

Boiler installation experience is highly preferred.
An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

Install Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, ensuring projects are done correctly the first time.
Work with a wide range of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, and Geo-Thermal Units.
Work under minimum supervision and collaborate with team members.
Provide guidance and share knowledge with HVAC helpers.
Complete all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
