Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of installers, collaborate with project managers, and contribute to the success of our growing company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate installation projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Install, assemble, and commission HVAC systems according to specifications, blueprints, and building codes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment specifications, work performed, and project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
