About The Position
Roberts AC is seeking a self-motivated and positive individual to join their growing installation team as an HVAC Lead Installer. This role involves installing HVAC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and documenting job details. Requirements
- 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
- Leading Install: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Gulf Shores, AL
Nice To Haves
- EPA Type II (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
