Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
5+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience (residential preferred).
Proven leadership skills—you know how to take charge and teach others.
EPA Certification (NATE preferred).
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and follow install specs.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tough environments.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
A team-player mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead residential install crews and ensure every job is done right, on time, and to spec.
Install HVAC systems including condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, thermostats, and more.
Work in crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops—no two days are the same.
Oversee ductwork installation and ensure proper sealing, airflow, and system performance.
Train and mentor Installer Helpers, building the next generation of pros.
Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart home integrations.
Keep your van organized, tools sharp, and paperwork in check.
Ensure safety protocols and quality control standards are met every time.
