About The Position

Len the Plumber Heating & Air is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HVAC installation technician to join their BUSY & GROWING team. This role is responsible for installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and ductwork systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. The position will be based in the field, and Lead Installers will be provided with a company take-home truck. The company emphasizes providing a 5-star customer experience and offers opportunities for top earners to achieve significant income potential. Level 2 Installers are also needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
• Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
• Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
• Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
