About The Position

Davison Heating and Cooling is seeking talented Lead Installers to join their industry-leading team. This role involves installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position also includes pre-measuring job sites, properly connecting equipment, and documenting all calls/jobs according to company requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
