Proven experience as an HVAC Lead Installer with strong leadership abilities Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential or light commercial) Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, components, and gas piping installations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations Clear and confident communication skills when guiding apprentices and interacting with clients Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, assign, and oversee multiple tasks Commitment to quality, safety, and team mentorship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installation Leadership Oversee and perform installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and gas piping systems Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and safety standards Plan and organize projects, assigning tasks based on team members’ skills and experience Lead, train, and mentor HVAC apprentices, offering hands-on guidance and constructive feedback Foster a positive, respectful, and productive work environment that supports learning and growth Technical Expertise Provide hands-on support during installations and system startups Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems function efficiently and correctly Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies, equipment, and best practices Maintain accuracy in measurements, documentation, and quality control checks Customer & Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members Provide clear updates on project status, system performance, and follow-up needs Represent Roby Services with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical documentation Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous learning Why Roby Services? Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Lead Installer with strong leadership abilities
