About The Position

Haller is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join their Residential Install division. This role requires significant experience in Residential HVAC Installs, a passion for outstanding customer service, and a commitment to high-quality work. Haller values Integrity and Customer Care. This position is Safety Sensitive.

Requirements

8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Boiler installation experience is highly preferred.
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal.
Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email.

Nice To Haves

An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.

Responsibilities

Install Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, ensuring projects are done correctly the first time.
Work with a variety of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, and Geo-Thermal Units.
Work under minimum supervision while being a collaborative team member.
Provide guidance and share knowledge with HVAC helpers.
Complete all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
