About The Position

If you are an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who can run an install from start to finish, lead a helper without being asked twice, troubleshoot a newly installed system before the customer even notices something is off and wants the feel of a close-knit local team with stability and support, this is worth your attention. As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be the person the team looks to on the job site. You will lead installs from setup to completion, ensure quality at every step, and make sure every system we put in meets the standards our customers expect and our reputation depends on.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of hands-on HVAC installation experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and run jobs independently
  • Strong working knowledge of residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, split systems, package units, and zoning systems
  • Experience troubleshooting newly installed systems and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners on site
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt when the day does not go as planned
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required by the role
  • Availability to work extended hours or weekends when the job requires it
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • GED or high school diploma

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, two-speed units, package units, split systems, and zoning systems
  • Oversee and guide installs throughout the installation process, ensuring work is completed correctly, safely, and on time
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with newly installed systems to ensure full compliance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Remove old equipment and ensure job sites are left clean, organized, and safe after every install
  • Coordinate with crane operators to stage and position HVAC equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support the safe removal of materials and equipment from rooftops using ropes, ladders, and proper crane coordination
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively
  • Communicate clearly with customers on site, and answering questions professionally
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the Company
