About The Position
GreenBox Home Services is seeking a full-time Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer specializing in residential & light commercial replacement to serve customers in Lexington and surrounding counties. The ideal candidate is hard-working, licensed, possesses a strong knowledge base, enjoys their trade, and has strong communication skills and is a team player. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Journeyman License
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
- HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- Journeyman HVAC (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required) with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
- Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final
- Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
- Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
- Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
- Customer service
- Assist and mentor others
