About The Position

Join a premier team in the residential HVAC industry, dedicated to excellence and innovation. We focus mainly on residential retrofit with some light commercial as well. We provide maintenance, service, installation, duct renovation, duct cleaning, and Aeroseal for our customers' heating and cooling systems. We are looking to hire experienced HVAC Install Leads to our growing team!

Requirements

3+ years of experience installing HVAC equipment
Proficiency in refrigeration line brazing/sheet metal transition building
Ability to install all HVAC comfort systems including duct design, install layout, and full fabrication
Ability to perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers
Ability to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans
Leadership ability
Ability to pass background check
Clean driving record
Comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment
Perform refrigeration line brazing/sheet metal transition building
Install all HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication
Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations
Communicate with customers about the installation
Fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans
Lead trainees to allow them to grow and develop
Help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions
