About The Position
Universal Technical Institute (UTI) is seeking experienced HVACR professionals to transition into a stable and rewarding career as an instructor. Requirements
- 3-5 years of practical work experience in the HVACR field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience to guide beginners.
Nice To Haves
- EPA 608/Universal certification is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Share real-world insights, troubleshooting tips, and industry stories in an engaging, climate-controlled learning environment.
- Guide students through practical demonstrations and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with an education team to keep courses aligned with modern HVACR tech trends and advancements.
- Instill safety procedures and best practices in a secure, well-equipped workshop setting.
