Requirements
- Completion of an accredited HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma.
- HVAC License/Certificate required.
- EPA Universal required.
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician/Mechanic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree is preferred.
- Journeyman HVAC is desired.
- NACE certification is desired.
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach HVAC/R courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Assist the program director.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
