About The Position
We are seeking experienced and dependable HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have installation experience, their own tools, a clean driving record, and a clean background check. Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus but not required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (Residential and/or light commercial)
- Own set of HVAC tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
- Clean background check (No felonies, no major misdemeanors)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (attics, roofs, etc.)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field management software
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems: including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation
- Follow installation layouts, blueprints, and job instructions
- Perform start-up, testing, and system commissioning
- Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Accurately complete job paperwork and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
