About The Position
Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join their team. This position primarily works in the residential change-out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The role requires accountability and ownership to lead a high-performing installation team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, strong planning and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and exceptional service.
Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC Installing experience required.
- EPA Certification.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC Certification.
- Service Titan or similar software experience.
Responsibilities
- Installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
- Lead a high-performing installation team.
- Deliver exceptional service for the company and customers.
- Maintain and/or repair HVAC systems (a plus).
