About The Position
Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join their team. This position primarily works in the residential change-out market and involves the installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The role requires accountability and ownership to lead a high-performing installation team.
Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC Installing experience required.
- EPA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
- HVAC Certification
- Service Titan or similar
Responsibilities
- Installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
- Lead a high-performing installation team.
- Showcase quality trade skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Mentor and train the next generation of HVAC pros.
