About The Position
Goettl has been in the business since 1939 and is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers. We offer a full schedule year-round and are looking for skilled installers who take pride in their craft and want a company that keeps them busy and pays them what they're worth. We emphasize doing things 'The Right Way, Not The Easy Way®', starting with our installation team. This role focuses on installation, not sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience installing residential HVAC systems.
- Valid Texas TDLR license.
- EPA Level 2 certification.
- Clean driving record for the last two years and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to finishing jobs correctly.
Responsibilities
- Install complete residential HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and electrical components.
- Remove old equipment and ensure the job site is left clean and professional.
- Adhere to Goettl's picture-perfect install standard on every job.
- Maintain a stocked truck, sharp tools, and ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is in order.
