Commercial experience is a plus. Requirements
- 2+ year of residential HVAC installation experience. Commercial experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and basic electrical
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and required Washington certifications/licenses
